Below you will find our picture day schedule. If your name is not on the list, please reply to this email. Please note that the time slots are intended for every immediate member of the family on campus (husbands are welcome to join in as well). We will be doing it similar to last year where all children will be photographed first for their grade pictures, and then a family portrait will be taken at the end.

ALL students (except seniors) MUST have their PACE shirts on for their grade pictures.

PARENTS:

·     Once you enter 206, please ensure that each child’s last name, first name, grade, and your email is written correctly, as this is exactly what will be printed in the yearbook.

·     Please be mindful of the time. Make sure to collect all children from their classes and come to room 206 promptly and ready to take pictures as the time slots are only 5 minutes long, and we want to make sure everyone is photographed.
 

KINDERGARTENERS:

• PACE will be providing their caps and gowns.
• Please make sure to let the Yearbook staff know that your child is a Kindergartener once you walk into the room so that the right picture is taken.

SENIORS: (All seniors should be scheduled for 10/4. If there are seniors that have not responded yet, we need you to do asap)

• Bring Senior outfit (Check Amazon for Cap, Gown, Tassel, Chords, Stole)
• Bring Senior 2nd outfit

o   Boys: Come in a suit and tie.

o   Girls: Come in a strapless dress or strapless shirt.

o   Parents: Come dressed up.

•  All Seniors will have their Senior picture and blurb included in the yearbook, however, keep in mind that only Seniors who participate in the PACE Graduation will receive a complementary Senior page.

o   Students: Start thinking about what to write for your Senior Blurb

o   Parents: Start thinking about what to write for the parent dedication as well as which pictures you'd like included in their senior page. You can create their senior page on canva.com for free, and then export it as a JPEG.

o   Once the senior page is completed, you can email the JPEG to our Yearbook Coordinator: [email protected]

o   Deadline to submit above information: 03/7/25
 

TEACHERS: If you do not have children taking classes at PACE, and are not already on the schedule, please stop by room 206 any time between 10:00 AM – 2:45 PM on any of the picture days for an individual Teacher picture.

If you are a support family, and would like to be included in this year's yearbook, please respond to this email no later than, 9/18/24 so you can be scheduled.

**Every effort will be made to make sure your family is photographed; however, we cannot guarantee that there will be a make-up day if you miss your time slot.**
